Fratelli Del Mare is Italian for ‘brothers by the sea’. This name describes perfectly the two brothers-in-law, both of whom are Cronulla residents, who work together and surf together. The two Pauls as they are known to their friends, Paul Farrugia and Paul Breheny , have worked as chefs at some of the finest restaurants and resorts in the world. Their restaurant features Italian cuisine with a modern Australian twist.

House specialities include eye fillet Del Mare (beef eye fillet, topped with prawns, red wine, tarragon, dill and lime butter sauce), VEAL RIGATONI (Slow roasted veal tossed with rigatoni pasta, chilli, garlic, mushrooms, bacon, tomato, pinenuts, sticky jus and pecorino), CHICKEN BREAST CON GAMBERI (Pan seared topped with king prawns and garlic cream sauce served on crushed potatoes (Newcastle NSW chicken), TRADITIONAL VEAL SALTIMBOCCA (Milk fed veal with sage, proscuitto, buffalo mozzarella, diced tomato, served on desiree mash and finished with white wine jus (Clarence River VIC veal).
